We are doing the north storage bays only. 1.Remove existing perimeter flashing metal and existing fiberglass skylights and legally dispose. Remove existing gutter and set aside for later re-use. 2. Install new sheet metal panels over existing skylight penetrations. 3. Secure any existing roof panels as needed with new, oversized fasteners. 4. Install new 1.5? Expanded Polystyrene insulation between the ribs of the existing metal roof panels. 5. Install new ?? Gypsum Class A fire rated cover board over the new insulation, mechanically attached to the metal roof panels (deck). 6. Fully adhere new 60mil TPO roof membrane per manufacturer?s requirements. Extend membrane down the outside face of the perimeter walls and terminate. 7. Fabricate and install new 24ga pre-finished edge metal at all perimeter edges. 8. Re-install existing gutter and downspouts.
