(Replace Rotted or Soft Decking @ $70 per sheet) - Install Ice and Water Shield 2 Rows on the Eaves - Install Synthetic Underlayment - Install Drip Edge (2"x 4" on Rakes & 2" x 4" on Eaves) - Color: - Install (4) Pipe Jack Flashings (Paint Pipes Penetrations to Match Shingle Color) - Install (4) Turtle Vents (Slant Back) - Color: - Install (1) Bath Vent - 6" - Install Owens Corning Starter Strip Shingles along All Eave Lines, Rake edges, and Valleys. - Install Owens Corning: Duration Series Demensional Limited Lifetime Shingles per specifications using 1 ?? roofing nails. - Install Owens Corning ProEdge Storm Hip & Ridge Shingles.
