Install.060 mil reinforced mechanically attached TPO roof system complete with all related flashings and sealants. Roof membrane to run up and over the parapet walls. Membrane color to be white as manufactured by Versico or Johns Manville. Flashings: Fabricate and install new 24-gauge prefinished metal coping cap at the perimeter wall in color chosen by owner. Install new pre molded pipe boots on roof top penetrations. Flash in all roof top equipment and penetrations. Fabricate and install new outlet scuppers from TPO coated metal. Fabricate and install new collector heads, and downspouts in 24-gauge pre-finished metal.
