Furnish and install new 24 gauge prefinished steel metal fascia at coping with 20 gauge galvanized hook/cleat. o Existing collector heads and downspouts will be reused. Total tear-off & reroof of Commercial Retail Structure, 50 squares of EPDM on a pitch represented as >2/12. All roof materials shall be installed per manufacturer?s specs. Mid-roof inspection required if pitch is less than 4/12.
