Boulder Planning and Development Services permit WET2024-00013: issued Aug 30, 2024 for other work at 5880 Baseline Rd. For the last decade, OSMP has made repeated efforts to close undesignated trails and restore habitat west of South Boulder Creek south of the EBCC Bridge including fencing, seeding, and shrub planting. Due to continued visitor use, including destroying fencing and trampling plantings, these efforts have largely failed. OSMP undertook the Gebhard Integrated Site Plan (ISP) with the goal of working with the community to come to reasonable solutions for visitor use and habitat protection/restoration in this area. As a result, OSMP is planning significant infrastructure improvements, including a pedestrian bridge and associated trails, designed to enhance visitor experience and focus recreational use on the east side of the creek to allow for ecological restoration west of South Boulder Creek.

Type of work and status are our own standard labels, so permits compare across cities. The city's wording is in the "City's category" and "City's status" rows. We show costs under $100 as not listed, because filers often enter $0 or $1 when the city doesn't require a cost.
