The Longmont to Boulder (LoBo) Trail - Jay Rd Connection is proposed along the south side of Jay Road between Cottonwood Trail and Spine Road; and the west side of Spine Road from Jay Road to N. Orchard Creek Cir/Wellington Road. There is one location where the trail will traverse an OSMP parcel, which is the subject of this Wetland Permit Application. The proposed trail in this area is crusher fines material (pervious) and the wetlands are considered non-jurisdictional under Section 404 of the federal Clean Water Act.
