Boulder Planning and Development Services permit WET2026-00010: issued Sep 3, 2026 for other work at 0 Hwy 128. The primary goal of the project is to stabilize headcutting and decrease erosion in a grassland intermediate stream. Originally observed several years ago, downcutting of the stream has worsened significantly, negatively impacting hydrology in surrounding prairie fen wetlands and increasing sediment deposition into Coal Creek. Left unaddressed, continued erosion could disconnect portions of the prairie fen from the water table, degrading a rare and important wetland community.

Type of work and status are our own standard labels, so permits compare across cities. The city's wording is in the "City's category" and "City's status" rows. We show costs under $100 as not listed, because filers often enter $0 or $1 when the city doesn't require a cost.
