Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development permit COM-ACC-26-000064: issued May 11, 2026 for fence, wall or deck work at 584 S B B King Blvd. On the listed property, we will install (2) 12ft and (2) 11ft swing barrier gates 3ft in height. There will be a swing barrier gate install at the B.B. King entrance (24ft total) and the St. Paul Ave entrance (22ft total). We will also install (2) 7ft barrier bar sections on each side of 12ft swing gates on the B.B. King entrance and (2) 9ft barrier bar sections on one side of 11ft swing gates on the St. Paul entrance. The barrier post will run horizontally in on the side of each gate according to the lengths above. All materials install will be approximately 3ft in height. This include the 8 vertical post to mount each swing barrier gate and the 4 horizontal barrier post. The gates and barriers will be install 6 to 12 inches form the start of the black asphalt of the existing parking lot to ensure the sidewalks are not disturbed. This will also ensure additional distance from property line. There is also evidence of a previous fence that has been removed.
