All new parking spaces and additional striping as shown on the site plan shall be painted with 4" wide stripes - reflective paint. White stripes on asphalt surface yellow stripes on concrete surface. Signage on concrete with 12" Helvetic bold letters as shown on plan with yellow reflective paint. ADA compliant "Handicap Parking" sign attached tot he building. Bottom of sign shall be 5'-0" above finish grade. ADA Compliant "Van Accessible Handicap Parking" sign attached to the building. Bottom of sign shall be 5'-0" above finish grade. 6-18 Concrete curbs with steel reinforcing. Match existing concrete finish. Patch and repair existing asphalt paving around new curb installation. 4" Thick concrete paving with welded wire mesh and control joints as shown on the site plan. Provide 1/2" expansion joints with filler and sealant at all building walls and at locations abutting existing concrete sidewalk. Also provide 6" wide concrete curbs on the sides of all ramps. 1/2" expansion joint with filler and sealant.
