Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development permit COM-ALT-23-000307: issued Apr 12, 2023 for alteration or repair work at 5384 Poplar Ave. Demo flooring throughout space, carefully remove and salvage wood base at entry, demo vinyl base, demo and haul off all but (18) cubicle workstations, demo walls as shown, demo cabinets and tops in new conference room off entry only and haul to Metro Dumpsters. Install salvaged wood base and furnish and install quarter round in suite entry to cover deficit between old ceramic tile and new LVT. Furnish and install new pull hardware on break room cabinets. Provide and install new Di-Noc wrap on all existing millwork to remain (base and wall cabinets and tops). Samples and allowances are forthcoming. Frame, hang, insulate and finish new walls per plans. Patch and repair damaged grid and tile from demo and new wall construction. Provide and install $18/yd installed allowance carpet throughout (one type for corridors and another for offices) and LVT in lobby, executive closet, break room and 4"" vinyl cove base throughout execpt for lobby. Paint all walls, sheetrock ceilings, frames and wood trim, cased opening and entry door and all other wood elements throughout space. Doors that are stained to remain as-is unless alternate to paint them is accepted. Move Cubicles as needed to get work done and set back in place ready for work. Bump grilles as needed at demo and new walls, test and balance. Add receptacle for TV in new conference room off suite entry, furnish and install (4) new data drops (rings and strings only, NO CABLING) at new walls only. Demo existing 2x4 lights and provide and install new 2x4 single trough indirect LED fixtures that match VRC on 5th floor. Demo as needed for wall demo.
