Once we know what repairs need to be done, we will value the repairs and amend the permit if needed. At this time, we aren't sure if we will be needing to move into other condos besides the two on the top floor. If the SOW changes, we will amend the permit as needed and have all repairs signed off on by the engineer and inspected by COM if needed.
