This space is office is located at Suite #7 at the Shops at Stonebridge located at 9160 Highway 64, Lakeland TN 38002 for a sum of $29,354.00. The work will consist of metal studs, drywall, 2 pre-hung masonite doors with door hardware, new LVP flooring and cove base throughout, electrical outlets in 2 newly created tutoring rooms, re-painting all walls throughout and final clean up. Since there is not any plumbing or mechanical work, we were advised by the building inspector that permits would not be required for these subcontractors.
