We have no idea the scope that he performed. It was adding a bathroom and converting the attic space into heated living space. So in total: A bedroom, a bonus room, and a bathroom. The electrical for the rooms was already roughed-in. We are only adding sheetrock to the bedroom and bonus room. The framing, electrical, and plumbing was already roughed-in in the bathroom as well. We have proceeded with getting permits for the bathroom with both Freedom Electric and Integrity Plumbing. I am submitting this to get the framing inspection completed to keep things above board. Attic Finish Out.
