Graham Construction was called in as General Contractor by restoration company. Restoration company had completed work prior to calling us out thinking no permitting was required. They had replaced damaged framing from fire as well as removed a devising wall between the kitchen and living room. Where the wall was removed a LVL beam was installed, this beam was supported over new framing loading the piers under the house. All work appears adequate and to code. Will also work with structural engineer if needed to sign off on beam placement.
