Mesa Development Services permit BLD2003-03728, opened Nov 24, 2003 for 3130 E Broadway Rd: addition. Nursing Home Remodel - Phase II - Project No. PRJ2003-00043. Drawings P1 and P2 were approved as noted by the mechanical engineer of record, (the interior potable water piping was changed from PVC to CPVC). Work to include concrete walls, roof structures, medical gas systems, completion of electrical rough-ins, all civil grading, drainage, and landscaping, all interior drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and fire sprinklers. The existing building is a single story structure divided up into 7 areas by a 2 hour area and/or occupancy separations to accomodate the mixed occupancy's. New work to include the installation of a 6000 gallon and 525 gallon exterior liquid oxygen tanks with 3 vaporizers, 1 interior skid mounted 175 KW diesel generator with fuel holding tank, 1 interior air compressor with air dryer and vacuum pump. New RO system for 3 Dialysis stations to be installed in room 115, 3 new building structures include 1- 16' X 47.3' air compressor building, 1- 16' X 13.3' diesel generator building, and 1- 28' X 30' storage building (Storage to only include furniture and matresses). 34 - 6" X 2' - 1 hour rated wall pipe chase's are to be constructed in all rooms for the new medical gas piping and electric. New interior work is located in the Southwest portion of the building. Fire and police impact fees to be collected for the new 3 new buildings totaling 1810 Square Feet.
