Install 500 CFM exhaust fan with ductwork in main room. Install two 400A 120/208V, 3PH, 4W 42,000 A.I.C. Panels, Panel "B" fed thru Panel "A". Install all associated wiring for building lights, power and equipment. Extend 2" gas line from N/W corner of suite, South through above ceiling space for future restaurant in another Suite. Fire sprinklers provided.
