CODE MODIFICATION APPROVED FOR USE OF 2003 I-CODES. ***This permit is for a shell upgrade for adding an office. It is NOT for a tenant completion with a certificate of occupancy. A certificate of occupancy will need to be obtained for occupancy of the suite. At which time hazardous materials and high piled combustible storage forms will need to be submitted to the City of Mesa. *** ***Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems NFPA 13 FIRE SPRINKLERS FOR OFFICE AREA ONLY. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule.***.
