Unlimited Area Bare Shell Building for helicopter engine rebuilding. Mixed Occupancy's include A-2, B, F-1, H-2 and S-1. H-2 Occupancy's are allowed (see case notes) per IBC Section 507.7. Construct 2-hour rated fire barrier demising wall between this suite and balance of bare shell space. Construct 2-hour rated fire barrier walls around H-2 rooms, Cleaning Room 107.29, Testing 107.13A and Maintenance Chemical Storage Room 107.13, with rated doors, pipe/conduit penetrations and duct penetrations. Construct office area, break area, ADA restrooms and various manufacturing and test rooms. Install T-bar ceiling in office area, break area, restrooms and various manufacturing and test rooms, balance of space open to structure above. Install 15 heat pumps, 2 make-up air units, 1 air-to-air heat exchanger, 1 dust collector, 1 cooling tower, 1 split system heat pump and 9 exhaust fans on roof. Install water, sewer and compressed air piping. Modify existing 3,000A 277/480V SES; Remove six 200A meter sections and install one 3,000A meter section. Install 3,000A 277/480V Distribution Board with six equipment disconnects, four 600A panels, two 200A panels, two 150 KVA 277/480 to 120/208 transformers, one 75 KVA 277/480 to 120/208 transformer with seven 120/208V panels. -- Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: 1) SPRINKLERS; 2) FIRE ALARM; 3) FIRE SAFETY & EVACUATION PLAN (IFC 404); 4) HMIS data. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule. All mechanical unit screen wall and vent stacks on the roof must be painted to match the primary building color.
