Install (1) new exit door with panic hardware, total (3) provided. (2) New (2000 cfm/ 550 lbs. Each)roof mounted heat pumps and (2) new 3020 cfm/260 lbs. Evap coolers, (1) new exhaust fan. New lighting & mechanical circuited to existing 200a 'panel a' fed from 600a 208/120v ses. Per board of adjustment case ba08-13 the parking variance was granted stipulating the hours of operation for the club to be from only 6pm to 2am.
