Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND PAINT BOOTH AND Submittals for cooling tower screen wall structural, door hardware with card key system and Cleaning Room Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule.
