To west elevation install the following non-illuminated stud mounted plastic letters: "auto center" 31 SQ FT, above two bay doors "tires" each 2 SQ FT and above third bay door "lube" 3 SQ FT. To canopy located at east side install non-illuminated letters: "enter" 3 SQ FT to north elevation of canopy, "exit" 2 SQ FT to south elevation of canopy and "pharmacy drive-thru" 40 SQ FT to east elevation of canopy. Included in work but not requiring a permit is the reface of 2 monument signs, total new sign area: 596 SQ FT. Plus 2 signs to remain: 29 SQ FT and existing monument signs: 160 SQ FT.
