Total Shade in behalf of AV Homes is proposing to fabricate and install 2 shade sails for the Encore pool (1) and pool equipment pump room (1). The shade sail over the pool will be a 4 column hyperbolic form on the North East Corner of the pool. The column heights are 21', 16', 14' and 8' above the pool deck. The shade sail over the pool equipment room will be a 28'x18' curved T-post design. This will emulate the existing shade next to the Bocce ball courts. The fabric on each shade structure will be Commercial 95 shade cloth and the Columns will be a powder coated finish to match the existing umbrella and shade structures.
