Addition, construction type IIB, occupancy classification B. The projects consists of the upgrade of four existing medical office buildings 1432, 1450, 1500 and 1520 along with landscaping of the existing site as outlined below and in the documents. All existing utilities, drainage and grading are to remain. Phase one work has been permitted and included the interiors of the 1432, 1450, and 1500 buildings including the site building 1450 is a 3-story structure which contains an "a" wing and a "b" wing, constructed in 1975 and 1981, respectively. The building as a whole consists of 73,672 square feet of space. The building underwent numerous renovation projects which took place in 1986 and 2006. It should also be noted that "a" wing is of type v construction and "b" wing is of type III construction. The scope of work includes: 1. Building exterior - a new 3-story building lobby will be added to the east face of the building to develop a new contemporary main entry at this building. 2. Hardscaping and landscape upgrades adjacent to the building. Modifications. Deferred fire sprinklers. Deferred fire alarm. Special inspections required for fabricators, steel, concrete, masonry, post-installed anchors.
