The antennas shall be painted to match the color of the mono-palm. 2. The monopalm shall not be left "unfronded" for any period. 3. The antennas shall be screened with a minimum 65 palm fronds 4. All mounting arms not fully utilized and/or pipe mounts not in use must be removed. 5. Any remaining pipe mounts must be flush with the antennas. 6. A permanent, weather-proof identification sign, approximately 16"x 32" in size, must be placed on the gate of the minimum 6' masonry screen wall surrounding the facility per City of Mesa Zoning Ordinance 11-35-5(G). 7. The operator of the facility shall respond to and complete all identified maintenance and repair of the facility within 30-days of receiving written notice of the problem.
