Scope of work to be performed Install (2) conduits into SES (1) for CT coils control wire & (1) fiber optic cable to LVPM/RELAY d. Anticipated noise generated from the work performed Commercial setting, Amazon Facility will be shut down with SUNBELT backup generators surrounding entire building for backup power e. Construction permit number (ex. Pmt, utl, row) pmt22-08138 2. The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. ~5:00PM has been are time ready for inspection complete with electrical install scope of work. Need to coordinate if ~5:00PM is off-hours and pay fees 3. The notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor.
