No C of O, only C of C. 9012 E RAY RD, 9062 E RAY RD, 9156 E RAY RD New site improvements, parking. landscape, (18) trash enclosures, new site lighting, off-street improvements included. New ground up building Tilt-up concrete building with steel joist/girders. Occupancy classifications S-1, B (accessory) construction type VB, unlimited area with 60' yards. ±108,798 SF, ±108,802 SF, ±135,011 SF Shell buildings, No Tenant Improvements. Special inspection required for emergency responder radio coverage. Deferred fire sprinklers. Deferred fire alarm. Deferred steel stairs, handrails, and guards. Special inspections required for: fabricators, steel, concrete, masonry. New 1.5" landscape water meter (Under PMT22-06381). New 3-phase 200A site electric meter (Under PMT22-06381). Each building will have one 3-phase electric meter. Each building to have one 2" domestic water meter.
