Electrical was damaged and will need to replace all wiring, including unit panel and devices throughout per 2017 NEC/2018 IRC or 2018 IBC Mechanical equipment was damaged, and all mechanical components will need replacing. Minor damage to plumbing, some pipes will need to be replaced or repaired. No gas service at this residence Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A. Building is: Residential B.
