Deferred Storefront and curtain wall glazing systems. Occupancy classifications B, S-1, construction type IIIB (unlimited area). New 2-inch domestic water meter. New 3-phase electric meter. New 2-inch landscape water meter. No C of O. Only C of C. Germann Rd. right-of-way is within TOQC jurisdiction, therefore no ROW permits to be issued through COM.
