Engineering and structural calcs are required to be onsite for all inspections and options highlighted. "These plans must conform to the requirements of the 2018 international swimming pool & spa code with all city of mesa amendments". Desert Uplands Envelope Lot - Add spa to existing swimming pool. All work related to spa construction is within the existing privacy fence and temporary fence. No new disturbance with this permit. The temporary fence is required to remain in place at all times during construction. All areas out of the approved disturbance area shall remain undisturbed at all times.
