Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Location of work: Alleyway exit to N Robson and alleyway exit to W Main St b. Schedule of hours and days: 3/24/25 to 4/4/25 Monday to Friday from 11PM-4AM. Extension granted for 6/16/25 - 07/31/25 -extension granted from 07/31/2025 - 08/30/2025 revised extesion granted 9/30/2025. Another extension granted- 10/16/25 8pm to 10/17/25 extension granted 11/03-11/04 7am-7pm. The contractor will be working on sewer rehabilitation in the alleyway, most excavation will take place during day with actual repairs at night. TALIS is scheduled to perform their first of possibly many point repairs on the existing sewer main Monday (6/16), 11pm to 4am. c. Scope of work to be performed: Finishing up water line connections in alleyway exit to Main St, and exit leading to N Robson, as well as installing a tapping sleeve. d. Anticipated noise generated from the work performed. Engine and backup alarms from backhoe and excavating equipment. e. Construction permit number (ex. Pmt, utl, row) - row permit - ttc25-00748 2. TALIS will provide Residence with the proper notification per Contract. 6. TALIS is requesting to work after regular construction hours due to road closure on W Main St. This will eliminate any heavy traffic in construction area. TALIS will respond positively to neighbor complaints. 7. The notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. Project hotline is.
