AST water tank submittal Furnish all materials for the following thermosetting fusion bonded powder coated epoxy bolted tank approximately 46.15' Diameter X 42' Height, giving a nominal capacity of approximately 525,700 U.S. Gallons and giving a usable capacity of approximately 593,300 U.S. Gallons, with 12" Freeboard (usable capacity calculated at 12" below overflow level) • Furnish all materials for an epoxy coated steel floor. • Furnish all materials for an Epoxy Coated steel deck with 2:12 slope without center columns. • Furnish all materials for erection (Non-Union/ Non-Prevailing Wages) • The exterior tank color can be chosen from five standard colors with an interior color of standard white. Other customer requested exterior color can be matched if customer can provide paint spec. and / or color chip • AST Storage will use a combination of Manus Bond 75-AM sealant and EPDM gasket for panel connections, depending on product stored and environmental conditions • Foundation not by AST Storage.
