The shade was purchased and installed by NextGen by Arizona Shade Masters, ROC# 317267. We began the process of design in January 2022 and worked with the Owner, Russell Palley, and General Manager, Travis Campbell. We were explicitly told that the NextGen Shade Structures were pre-engineered and no permit was required. The shade structure installation was completed in September 2022. Reference: COD25-04882.
