A code case requiring a permit for the caport/canopy will be opened and you will have 30 days to submit for a permit from the issuance of this permit. Existing occupancy mesa zoning oridinance 4-1-1 and 4-1-2-i: continued use shall not be dangerous to life, health and safety. Issuance of a duplicate certificate of occupancy does not confrim or imply code compliance has been met if unpermitted alterations or lack of maintenance/upkeep have occurred.
