This structure is to be restored like for like in compliance with 2017 NEC, 2018 IRC/IBC requirements. Any alterations or changes will require submitting plans before any restoration can begin. During the damage inspection the following was observed: Fire damage a the front of the building above storefronts windows. It was contained in the small area near the header above storefront.
