Per ADM26-00189 Proposed screen wall shall be designed and painted to match the existing building as well as meet the requirement on wall articulation outlined in Section 11-30-4(E) of the MZO. The addition of any new signage on the site will require the review and approval of a separate permit per Section 11-47-3 of the MZO.
