During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members were damaged by and will need stamped engineering. Electrical sustained minor damage.. Replace damaged wire per 2023 NEC and/or 2024 IRC/IBC. Mechanical was not damaged no repairs needed. Plumbing does not appear to be damaged Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8" or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A. Building is: Residential B.
