Exterior tenant improvement of existing 533,835 SF, type III-B construction shell building, S-1, B, A-3 and H-3 occupancy for package delivery service facility as a product sortation and delivery service. Extent of site exterior bldg work consist of parking lot striping modification, site lighting, new mech and elect equip and pads with screening.
