New building at 215 N Power Rd 279, Mesa
Mesa Development Services permit PMT26-17701: opened Oct 1, 2026 for new building work at 215 N Power Rd 279. The existing 10' × 14' covered patio will be enclosed entirely within its current footprint to create an enclosed room connected to the existing Arizona room. There will be no expansion of the existing footprint and no change to the existing roof structure or concrete patio. Two new exterior walls will be constructed: a 14' front wall and a 10' east wall. The new walls will be constructed using wood framing, R-Tech rigid foam insulation, OSB/wood structural sheathing, and new vinyl siding to match the existing home. The existing wall separating the covered patio from the Arizona room, including the existing windows and door, will be removed to create an open connection between the Arizona room and the newly enclosed space. Two existing windows will be removed and relocated to the new 14' front exterior wall, along with a new 36" × 80" Therma-Tru Smooth-Star fiberglass right-hand inswing exterior entry door. The existing 30" × 59" bedroom window will be removed from the existing house/back wall and relocated to the new 10' east exterior wall. The existing house/back wall will remain in place after removal of that window. All new exterior wall surfaces will be finished with vinyl siding to match the existing home.

Type of work and status are our own standard labels, so permits compare across cities. The city's wording is in the "City's category" and "City's status" rows. We show costs under $100 as not listed, because filers often enter $0 or $1 when the city doesn't require a cost.
