All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. reglaze windows as needed NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Lean-to-shed and duct work have been presnet on site for 20 plus years.
