Remove all abandoned wiring, conduit, and piping at exterior walls. Remove window A/C units and repair millwork to match existing. NOTE: New exhaust vent, HVAC, lighting, and outdoor sink are not included in this permit and require additional review by VCC. Please submit all required spec sheets and detail drawings for review prior to purchase/fabrication and installation. Paint to be applied for separately.
