Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. 11/11/2022 Note: work retroactively split into two phases to allow for occupancy. 21-27787-Vcgen is phase one. See corresponding drawings stamped vcc approved 11/11/2022 showing scope of work required for phase two, 22-31968-vcgen. Violations cited in case 21-08741-dbnvcc have not been resolved and remain outstanding. Work on this permit must begin within thirty (30) days or the property will be scheduled for administrative adjudication and may be subject to fines.
