Party-Wall Structure. All current contract specifications apply for party wall restoration. – Walls must be repaired and parged per articles of agreement – No alternative will be accepted. Any change orders for unforeseen wall repair must be approved & signed before work is to begin. 11. Lowest combined bid with 2514 Centre, 2331 Centre & 2400 Centre 12. Retaining wall in back remains.
