Homeowner may choose from available color options. ⢠Install CertainTeed ridge vent and CertainTeed ridge cap shingles on all roof peaks. ⢠Add new lead around the chimney ⢠Remove all construction debris from the site using a rollâoff dumpster. We will be removing 1 existing skylights from the main roof - We will be installing 1 new M06 Velux skylights (U-factor of.44) We will be adding ice and watershield to all 4 sides of each skylights After will be installing flashing kit provided by velux.
