Additionally, there are some minor interior alterations. Structural calculations have been included to address the changed rear porch roof. FRR25-0158 (08.14.25): remove the main floor framing and remaining walls, leaving only the foundation. New footings and new posts and beams will be added around the inside perimeter of the foundation to help reduce new load added to the existing foundation. New floor framing will replace the existing. FRR25-0177-Approved-09/112/2025 - Remove failing two-tiered foundation wall. Replace part of outer wall, install two footing pads for point loads, and shore remaining inner wall with new foundation detail.
