Scope of work generally includes the following: 1. Replacement of (2) existing 2,000 MBH condensing boilers with (2) 2,000 MBH condensing boilers. 2. Addition of primary heating hot water pumps. 3. Replacement of existing secondary heating water pump and addition of another secondary heating water pump for redundancy. 4. Replacement of existing secondary chilled water pump and addition of another secondary chilled water pump for redundancy. 5. Replacement of existing primary chilled water pumps. 6. Replacement of existing heating water & chilled water expansion tanks. 7. Replacement of existing heating water & chilled water air separators. 8. Replacement of existing heating water & chilled water chemical feeders. 9. Replacement of existing domestic water heater and associated pump. 10. BAS Controls work: a. Connect new equipment to existing plant controllers that were recently replaced. Existing controllers are Honeywell. 11. Provide new CO detector in boiler room. Connect to existing fire alarm. Existing fire alarm control panel is a Honeywell E3 Series addressable panel, monitored by Simplex-Grinnell. 12. Remove and replace existing boiler room lighting. Project is in Town of Cary's jurisdiction. Please find correspondence uploaded indicating no review is required from Town of Cary.
