I need to permit my upstairs area which was roughed in with the original structure, but was not finished until later. This was done by the previous owners. I also need to reclassify a downstairs bedroom as a study (which is what it is being used for anyways) so the bedroom number will remain unchanged. I am not sure how much this project cost as it happened before I bought the house so I am estimating below. The septic is for a 3bedrm house....NJM.
