Exist SFD: crawlspace encapsulation including: interior french drain,dehu,sump pump/new recepts & replace ~39 FT of band joist/mud sill b/e we are doing the following to our crawl space. 1. replacing about 20-30 feet of the 144 total feet of perimeter rim joist/sill plate that is rotted 2. adding a interior crawl space drainage system (french drain) that will connect to a sump pump 3. fully encapsulating the crawl space (converting from vented to closed system). This includes full barrier on the ground, up the sides of foundation, and wrapping the piers. 4. adding a dehumidifier and water heater replacement I am unsure of what permits and inspections are needed. And if a structural engineering report is required.
