This property was purchased in 2014 by the Keatts family with all existing impervious surfaces in place - no additional impervious surfaces have been added since the property acquisition in 2014. Please review all historical arial photographs to find the location of the proposed patio cover resides over previous in-place impervious surfaces. This newly proposed patio cover will not add to the existing impervious surfaces. 2. This project is utilizing Ground Screw footings in lieu of traditional cementitious footings. This technology has been adopted into the ICC under ESL-1584 and has been engineered for this project (please see attached Build Plan, S-002, table named "Ground Screw Table" for all engineered specifications). For this reason I request an omission of the footing inspection as this project will not require excavation for footings.
