The interior doors that have hasps with a lock or secured by any other means must be repaired so that a person can leave that room and exit to the exterior of the house. • The deck on the left side of the house, (facing the front of the house for locations of deck) Has a girder that is not properly supported. Provide additional support for the girder supporting the deck. • Deck must be repaired. The deck area on the left side of the house has not been maintained and must be repaired to accommodate the required design loads or be removed. • Repair the utility floor, including replacement of all compromised structural framing and subfloor, to restore the floor to safely support code-required design loads.
