Create new ADA-compliant bathrooms 6. Install access panel & stair to attic 7. Paint interior walls 8. Replace broken & missing floor & wall tile 9. Renovate kitchens 10 Replace bathroom fixtures & accessories 11. Replace carpeting 12. Install new mini-split HVAC systems 13. Upgrade existing electrical panels 14. Install sprinklers & smoke alarms.
